Growing up in a bustling house of seven, I clung to organization wherever I could find it. I found peace in keeping the corners I carved out for myself neat. Then I found minimalism, which took my decluttering to a new level. I cleaned out my closets, bookshelves, and cabinets. I color-coded and re-organized the items I kept for functionality AND visual appeal. But I’ve always loved fashion, so I proudly kept my lavender tulle skirt and hot pink Adidas nmd_R1 sneakers. So my apartment did not look like the typical bare boned minimalist photos I saw on Instagram. But my minimalist practice was sustainable for me. As I continued practicing, I learned how my consumer decisions could make me mentally and physically healthier… and simultaneously benefit the environment. So I started helping my friends declutter and organize their homes and make more sustainable living choices. And… voilà! Sustainably Tidy was born. Now I help people just like you.
